Binging so badly right now. More of a failure every day :(

I’ve had some time off from everything. Basically my Dad came to visit and he pretty much buys me so much junk and I can’t say no :’( I don’t hate him for it or anything, it just makes life hard. Then I’ve had a holiday away and some time where I had the chicken pox so dieting has been hard lately! But anyway, I’m trying to get back into it now. Not sure that I’ll be posting what I’ve been eating anymore, maybe just the occasional thought and lots of thinspo :)

What I ate today:

750kJ - Special K with soy milk.

239kJ - Baked muffin bar.

400kJ - Some almonds.

900kJ - Subway salad roll, no mayo.

356kJ - Cheese and biscuit snack.

700kJ - Spinach and ricotta cannelloni.

330kJ - Milo bar.

600kJ - Strawberries with snak pak.

239kJ - Baked muffin bar.

TOTAL: 4514kJ.

I went over 4000… But I managed to keep it to about 4500 so that’s ok. I was really snacky for some reason! I’ll try and do better tomorrow.
